Estudio Sampere inspects all accommodations and selects them based on their good value, cleanliness, reliability, facilities and location. We have direct management of the accommodation, avoiding any intermediary.

Our accommodation team will go above and beyond to find the best option for you, based on your needs and preferences. Our team will advise you and assist you, should you have questions on the geographical situation of the area that you will be staying at, getting to school, communicating with your host family or the owner of the apartment, living with other international students, and particularly with Spanish speakers, as well as on their traditions and customs, gastronomy, and your food preferences.

The idea is to adapt everything to your daily habits, so that you feel like home. We know every student is unique, and has a different lifestyle. Whatever your option and your destination is, you can make sure Estudio Sampere will make you feel at home!

Estudio Sampere has reached agreements with several families, who are willing to welcome students in their homes. This option provides a full linguistic and cultural immersion, since students not only practice the language in class with their teachers, but also have real-life experiences with their host family. They help students on their day-to-day, and teach them vocabulary and expressions that are typical of each region, and of each member of the family. This way, students get a first-hand approach on how to live
Spanish speakers, their local gastronomy and jargon.

At home, students will share the common areas with the rest of the family: the living room, kitchen, bathroom, but they will have, of course, their own private bedroom. In case of couples or friends traveling together, the choice of a double room is also available.

Families have been carefully hand-picked to meet our requirements. As language experts, we know that being away from home can affect the student’s learning and overall experience. Thus, our families are used to welcoming students and making them feel part of the family. We select the family based on the students’ interests, so that this experience can provide both an academic and a personal enrichment.

Students can choose the half-board option, if they also want to try the delicious local cuisine offered by each destination at local restaurants, or full-board if they want to take full advantage of the experience of discovering traditional dishes, prepared with great care by the families.

The Director of each school, always at the student’s disposal, can change a student’s accommodation if the need arises. If the student is not happy and wants to change family, the School will propose the names of three additional families that the student can visit and then make his/her choice. There is no extra cost if a student decides to change families.

ARRIVAL ON SUNDAY AND DEPARTURE ON SATURDAY.
- Half board: breakfast and dinner, from Sunday to Saturday.
- Full board supplement: 40 Euros per week.
- Special diet supplement: 40 Euros per week.
- Laundry included (1 per week). Bed linen, blanket and towels included.
- Extra day: 40 Euros.
- 3 extra nights or more will be counted as a full week.
- Double room option available only for students travelling together.

Good, comfortable, welcoming accommodation makes all the difference to your Spanish studies in Spain, Ecuador, or in Cuba. We understand this and work hard to give you the best choice of accommodation in all destinations. Renting a student room gives you a more independent lifestyle. You share an apartment with 2 to 4 other people, usually other Sampere students, with whom you also share certain expenses such as toiletries and cleaning materials. You have a private and basic room (bed, table, closet, lamps, window). The kitchen, living room and bathroom are communal. Together you are responsible for keeping the apartment clean. The minimum stay in a student room is 1 week. We advise long-term students to book the first four weeks before arrival. Once in Spain, you can extend the rental period.

The locations are varied, ranging from apartments at a walking distance from the city-center and the school to apartments located in other interesting neighbourhoods further away from the school, and in which cases, public transport is necessary.

Student rooms/shared flats are ideal for students looking for a more independent lifestyle. The flat have the following common areas: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom. The flat occupancy may vary from 1 to 4 students, depending on the season. All flats offer wi-fi connection. Cleaning service is not included. This option is not advisable for students over 50 years old.
